Welcome to Soleil et Claire , your destination for unique & stylish jewellery. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Products

We strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color or size may occur and do not qualify for compensation or return unless the product substantially deviates from the description.


3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed on weekdays (Mon–Fri) within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed during weekends are processed starting on Monday.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.


4. Shipping

  • We ship worldwide via PostNL and DHL.
  • Estimated delivery time within Europe is 3–7 business days (after processing).
  • Please allow additional time during holidays or high-volume periods.
  • Additional customs duties or taxes may apply for shipments outside the EU and are the customer's responsibility.


5. Returns

You may return your order within 7 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging
  • Returns must be pre-registered via info.chrms@gmail.com
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part
  • Once the return is received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days

Note: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.


6. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. In case of delays or lost packages, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.


7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal data will only be used to process your order and, if consent is given, for marketing purposes. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for more details.


8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. In case of any disputes.
