Return Policy – Soleil et Claire 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

1. Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in new condition
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)

3. Return Procedure

1. Request a return by emailing us at info.chrms@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Once approved, send the item to the return address we provide.
3. You will receive a refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days after we receive and inspect the item.

4. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Customized or personalized items
• Items that are damaged due to customer misuse
• Items returned outside the return period
